Correction: The Egyptian fatwa calling for the killing of "any Zionist anywhere in wartime" was issued by Cairo cleric Safwat al-Higazi, not Ali Gomaa, Egypt's Grand Mufti. Nonetheless, Gomaa believes the murder of Jews and Israelis is permissible so long as it is committed outside of Egypt.
