Rosie O'Donnell Is An Idiot, Google It; Update: Rosie O'Donnell Is an Idiot, and a Tool; Update:Tehran Rosie Says Brits Allowed Sailors and Marines to Be Kidnapped as Pretext to American War on Iran

I realize I'm two days late to the party, but for some odd reason I totally missed the Rosie O'Donnell "Gulf of Tonkin, Google it" story (
Newsbusters, Hot Air).

Permit me, then, a retort.

There are 15 Royal Navy sailors and marines who can't get to a computer right now, Rosie, because they're being held hostage by madmen. But when they are free, I suggest they do a Google I'm Feeling Lucky search on "Gulf of Tonkin, Google it".

The truth is, Rosie, you don't care about the British hostages - or, you care about them to the degree you can use them to transmit and advance the "intellectual filth" of the 9/11 conspiracy cult.

Truthers and Khomeinists...both using the British hostages in their war on Bush.

Update at 5:47 pm: Tehran Rosie carrying water for the mullah regime:

Question: Will the suits at The Walt Disney Company take issue with Rosie's assertion that the American Broadcating Corporation is a mouthpiece for Disney "propaganda?"

Hmmm. I wonder what her beef is?

Update at 8:15 pm: I doubt Tehran Rosie will disappear her "False Flag Op" post, but just in case...

Here's the transcript from last night's Anderson Cooper 360 Degrees. Maybe it was Michael Rubin who got under her skin.

Anderson quoting Rubin:
"The Iranian government's decision to take 15 British marines hostage is an act of war. The decision was both deliberate and central. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and is not a rogue element. That Iranian decision-makers took such a step is not the result of too little diplomacy, but, rather, too much."

Yeah, I know, its a bad transcription. Here you go:
The Iranian government's decision to take 15 British marines hostage is an act of war. The decision was both deliberate and central. The Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps is not a rogue element. The regime created it to conduct the operations which the leading clerics did not trust the army to execute.

That Iranian decision makers took such a step is not the result of too little diplomacy, but rather too much. Since Germany launched its critical dialogue with Iran in 1992, European countries have showered the Islamic Republic with apologies and incentives to compromise. Rather than abandon terrorism as a tool of state or reconsider its clandestine nuclear program, the Iranian government has redoubled its efforts to defy.

Update at 10:10 pm: Some Truthers thank Tehran Rosie for "exposing 9/11" outside The View's ABC studio at 320 West 66th St.
